For over a decade, Full Body has been part of the Northern Kentucky community. We opened our doors in 2012 in Oakbrook and moved to Mall Road in 2020 to grow into a larger, more supportive space for our clients.
Today, we offer a wide range of classes for all levels—from beginner to experienced, from slow and grounding to strong and energizing. Whether you’re here to move, rest, or simply breathe, there’s a place for you.
