Embark on a restful Yoga Nidra meditation surrounded by sound to balance the chakras & calm the nervous system. Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice that promotes deep rest and relaxation. The yogic state of Nidra is beyond the waking state, past the dreaming state, and a form of sleep state where you're actually awake. While you enjoy an extended savasana, the guided meditation incorporates body scanning, imagery and breath awareness.
A chakra balancing sound bath will offer positive effects on the mind and body deepening your tranquility. The sounds are blended together, in a continuous manner, allowing you to experience a deep state of physical relaxation.
The combination of Yoga Nidra and the sound experience will leave you feeling renewed, energized, & rested as if you've had a night's sleep. Experience complete physical, mental relaxation. Wear comfortable clothes.
