Take your yoga practice to the next level by learning to fly! In this two hour workshop, you’ll begin to balance on your arms - unlocking more powerful asanas like crow and eka pada koundinyasana.
The workshop will begin by warming the body and preparing to take on these fun, but challenging poses. You’ll explore some key techniques under Raymie’s skillful, lighthearted guidance.
These workshops are always a great time with plenty of laughter in a supportive, encouraging environment!
