Reset your nervous system, and balance your mind and body this spring in this 90 minute restorative immersion with relaxing yoga poses, meditation, sound bath, and gentle touch.

(((SOUND))) mind and body is a thoughtfully designed event infused with Restorative Yoga, gentle massage of the head and temples, reiki, meditation, and a calming sound bath to help you fall deep into a relaxed state disarming your nervous system so that you can fully release into rest and digest, a state where your mind and body are at complete ease, and can naturally achieve a state of balance.

A balancing sound bath will offer positive effects for the mind and body - deepening your state of bliss. The vibrations, and sounds are blended together in a continuous manner, allowing you to experience a deep state of physical relaxation while you absorb the sounds and frequency.

Join this 90 minute class of pure bliss led by not one, but TWO instructors in a small class setting to give you the attention you deserve.


Experience and enjoy

A relaxing, quiet, candlelit, dark room to allow you to comletely let go and surrender into rest

  • Gentle touch of the temples and head to decrease tension and release stress.

What to bring and special considerations

  • NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. This event is for EVERYONE

  • Yoga mat, bolster etc provided at no additional cost, or bring yours from home.

  • Comfy clothes (sweatshirt, socks if you get cold laying down)

  • Suitable for ages 18 and up.

  • Pregnancy - maintain 3 ft. away from bowls

  • Implants - check with your doctor

  • Epilepsy - May be triggered by sound
