I’m new to the studio. Do you have an intro offer and what can I expect?
YES! Enjoy ALL classes offered for One Month Unlimited at our lowest price. [learn more].
How do I schedule classes?
To schedule in-studio classes, please click here to download and install our mobile app or click here if using your computer. Note that all classes require pre-registration and payment in advance. The app will prompt you to purchase classes as needed.
What do I need to bring to class?
We’ve got you covered. All you really need are comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle. We provide yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps—just please give them a quick clean after class.
For fitness classes, all equipment is provided, including weights, bands, barbells, and more. Please note that outdoor shoes are not permitted past the lobby. Be sure to bring clean shoes to change into for fitness classes.
And of course, if you have favorite gear of your own, you’re always welcome to bring it along.
The classes I want to take have a waitlist. What now?
If you find yourself on one, know that you are very likely to get into class. Life happens and cancellations occur regularly. You’ll receive a notification via text or email when you get off the waitlist and into class. YOU MUST UPDATE YOUR PROFILE TO RECEIVE TEXT NOTIFICATIONS or YOU WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED.
Are you a hot yoga studio?
We are not a hot studio. Our temperature is perfect! We’re the only studio in town that is not hot. In our FLOW classes we naturally heat up the room with our breath.
How old should children be to attend yoga class?
Please note our classes are designed for adults. Since we do not offer kids’ yoga, the minimum age to attend classes is 14. Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Do you offer Beginner Yoga Classes?
If you’re new to yoga, welcome—we’re so glad you’re here. While all of our classes can be modified to be beginner-friendly, many students find it helpful to start with our slower-paced offerings. Stretch, Restorative, Yin, and Myofascial Release classes are wonderful places to begin as you get familiar with the practice and learn how your body responds to movement.
If you’re already active and feeling good in your body, you may also enjoy easing into Flow classes, mixing in Yin or Restorative sessions along the way. If you’ve been less active or are working with limitations, starting slow and building gradually is often the most supportive path. Either way, there’s no rush—your practice gets to meet you exactly where you are.
I’m coming off an injury, surgery, or illness—can yoga help?
Yoga can be a wonderful support, but timing matters. It’s important to complete any prescribed recovery plan first, including physical or occupational therapy, before returning to group yoga classes. Once those steps are complete, yoga can be a helpful way to gently rebuild range of motion, strength, balance, and confidence in your body.
If you’re working with a limitation, please let your instructor know before class so they can offer thoughtful modifications. At the same time, it’s helpful to remember that our group classes are designed for a general audience. If you have very specific needs or are navigating a more complex recovery, a private one-on-one session is often the most supportive option.
If you’re interested in private sessions or have questions about where to start, we’re always happy to help—just reach out.
How do I cancel my monthly package/auto-renewal?
We make this as easy as possible. Go to https://fullbodynky.com/cancel and follow the simple steps illustrated there. It’s basically Sign In > Account > Terminate > OK
Do you charge cancellation fees?
No. You can cancel yourself out of class in our app or online up until 2hrs before class start time. Please be courteous and cancel as far in advance as possible.
Do you charge rental fees for mats, props, etc.?
No. We provide everything you need for class except your clothing and a water bottle.
I forgot my user ID and/or password. How do I reset it?
Please click here to manage your account. Your User ID is the email address you used to create your account. Once your password is reset, please be sure to log into the Full Body Fitness and Yoga App. NOTE: We do not use the generic MindBody App; please download and use our branded app.
What is your shoe policy?
To help keep our studio clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone, we are a shoes-off space.
Please note:
All outdoor shoes must be removed before entering the studio spaces.
Shoes may be stored in the designated cubbies or shelves near the entrance.
Socks are welcome for yoga, stretch, and restorative classes.
For fitness classes, please bring clean, indoor-only athletic shoes.
These shoes should be worn only inside the studio.
Outdoor shoes worn into the studio are not permitted for class.
Why we’re shoes-off:
Keeps floors and props cleaner and more hygienic
Protects our mats and studio surfaces
Creates a calmer, more intentional practice environment
Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, welcoming space for our community.
